Hi everyone! Today I'm going to share with you and idea that I found at Traci Gentry's blog. You can find the directions on how to make these cute book markers on her blog Inkin' up the DogsNow my friend Chanda, sent me the supplies to make these shown here in the picture (which after looking at them, I did not make right, sigh) but it just shows how you can make them anyway you would like!
With these cute bookmarks you use a Stampin' Up envelope, scrap pieces of designer paper, ribbon and scallop punch. They go together very quickly too.
I hope you give these little gems a try, have a crafty day...............Mary

Here is my card. You have to use all Stampin' Up products, well, I wanted to put a little safety pin in the ribbon, but of course, I don't have any. I think that is why the card is not speaking to me, I should have put a bow on it and I think it would look much better, oh well, just one of those days. I'm short on sleep today, hubby has a cold and boy was he ever loud last night, all he did was snore! Hopefully I will get some sleep tonight!
I love the soft look that I achieved with the paper, ribbon and inks! I made the top background piece by using my Stampin' Up markers and a spritzer tool, I had so much fun doing this that I will try this again with different ink colors!
