This is another thank you card that I made to send to my cousin's, didn't have enough Doily card fronts, so I did this one for her in purple because I thought I overheard that was her favorite color, hope I heard right anyway.  As you can see, it is a very simple one, hope she likes it!

All products are from Stampin' Up!

Stamp set: Watercolor Trio (retired)
Inks: Old Olive and Elegant Eggplant (used markers to color the stamp)
Embossing Folder: Designer Frames Folders

Well short and sweet on this post, see you again soon!            Mary

More Cards For Those Who Need A Lift

Hi everyone! Hope that you are all staying nice an toasty warm, it is so cold here.

Since it has been so cold outside, I've had more time to stay indoors and play in the craft room, which is a very good thing! I've made a few more cards for requests that I found on Splitcoaststampers. I also found this card layout over at SCS HERE. It was a simple, easy card to make and you could easily add whatever sentiment to it that you would need. I cut the scallop rectangle as well as the regular rectangle with my Nesties. Stamp' Up stamp set, "Watercolor Trio", as well as the paper and markers to color the stamp with. Ribbon is from Jo-Ann's and white paper is from Bazzil.

Hope you all have some extra time to play in your craft/stamp rooms too...........Mary

Birthday Card for Friend

Hi! Today I'm sharing a card that I made last week. I forgot that we were going to a suprise 60th birthday party and I hadn't made a card yet. So I had to make one really fast as we were going to the party in less than an hour. It took me about 15 minutes to make this one. Now I don't like doing that but you do what you gotta do. The bad part is though, the party was for someone who works for Hallmark Cards here in Kansas City! YIKES!!! Talk about pressure to make a really nice card...I tried my best. I hope she liked it!

I used a stamp set called Watercolor Trio by Stampin' Up and also a scallop punch by Stampin' Up. The paper is from Archiver's. I used my Big Kick and Nesties to make the embossed square where the image is stamped and lightly sponged the background too. Click on the picture to enlarge it.

Thanks for coming by to see me....have a crafty day...Mary
