Scallop Spider

Now this little guy is an oldie, he first made his appearance either in 2009 or 2010, I don't remember which and he was used to cover the old-style of York Peppermint Patties before they changed their packaging.  I bet they wonder why their sales fell for the next year!  I used the retired Spider Web embossing folder, which was perfect for this card, so glad I held onto it.

Card stock: Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Whisper White, Real Red, Blackberry Bliss.
Retired Corner punch, Scallop and Ticket punch.
Whisper White Craft ink

Booglie Eyes

Here is an oldie but goodie stamp set called Booglie Eyes.  It is so cute and it comes with seven different images and a sentiment!

I used my Blendabilities to color the images in with.  Card stock is Basic Black, Whisper White and Bermuda Bay.  DSP is Motley Monsters.  Sentiment is from Spooky Bingo Bits  Black Memento ink was used.

Tee-Hee-Hee

Here is a pretty quick card to make with the current stamp set, Tee-Hee-Hee.  It comes with 18 stamp and is the new photopolymer, which makes it really easy to see where you are stamping.  Even comes with a teeny tiny clothespin stamp!

Card stock is Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White, ink is Soft Sky, Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, Hello Honey, Early Espresso and Memento Black.  Clothesline was made with a Stamin' Up! Write marker.  Sponges were used to sponge the background with.  Oh the bats are from the Holiday Home stamp set.

Fall Fest

Another CASE, this time I found this cute card on Diana Gibbs blog.  Stamps used: Fall Fest, Mingle All the Way and Holiday Home.  Whisper White and Pumpkin Pie card stock.  Motley Monsters DSP.  Retired Pear Pizzazz Baker's Twine.  Used Blendabilities on the sentiment.

Paper Pumpkin

I've had that spider punch for ages now and this is the first time I've used it!!  Me bad!!  Used the retired Spider Web embossing folder and highlighted it with the Encore Gold ink pad.  The sentiment is from the September Paper Pumpkin, punched out with the Ticket punch.  Basic Black is the card stock and Gold Glimmer paper too.

Googly Ghouls

One of my favorite retired Halloween stamp sets, Googly Ghouls!  Also the retired Spider Web embossing folder.  Makes for a quick and easy Halloween card!

Holiday Home Halloween

I found this card over on Dawn Griffiths blog, I liked it so much I had to make one!

Basic Black, Smoky Slate and Whisper White card stock, Black Memento, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron ink pads.  Daffodil Delight and Smoky Slate Blendabilities.  Holiday Home and White Christmas stamp sets.

Top Note Frankie

No stamps where used on the front of this card.  This card was very popular back in 2008 or 09, I believe, still cute even today!

Top Note die, circle punches white gel pen, Stampin' Write black marker, dimensionals and Motley Monsters DSP, Whisper White, Basic Black and Old Olive card stock.

Out On A Limb

Here is my one of my Halloween cards that I'm making for my daughter to give to some of her co-workers where she works at part-time.

I used sponges to do the background shading with, So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie, Perfect Plum and Elegant Eggplant.  I used the Blendabilities to color parts of the witch with.  The stamp set is retired, Out On A Limb.  The green ribbon is also retired, trying to use up old supplies right now.  The punched fence is a Martha Stewart punch, which is about 4 or 5 years old, I thought it would look good with this stamp set.  All in all a pretty easy card to make.

Love & Sympathy

Well I've fallen behind on my Christmas card making.  I needed another birthday card for one of my client who's 90th birthday was Tuesday.  This lady loves to be out in the yard working and still mows her own lawn!  She inspires me to exercise and stay healthy!  So I made another card using the Corner Garden background stamp like the one HERE.  I did use different colors for this latest one.  I hope she liked it.

Well sometimes in life we need sympathy cards and that was the case for me earlier in the week.  My deceased cousins' husband passed away, so I needed to send a card to his daughter.  Bill was a great guy and we always enjoyed visiting with him and my cousin when we could, they lived in Omaha.  After my cousin passed away, Bill took really good care of my aunt and did a lot of things for her, I'm sure she will really miss him too.

Here is the card that I sent.  It is simple but I think elegant and I think the deep blue is a good color for a masculine sympathy card.

Ink: Pear Pizzazz, Early Espresso and Night of Navy

Million & One

Ok, I've seen this card all around the internet and wanted to give it a try.  Very simple but very pretty card in real life!  I'm sorry I don't know the name of this type of card, but it really is a very easy one to make!

I made this card to send to one of my customers who recently place an order with me.  Of course, I had to use my favorite color, blue too.  I hope she likes it too.
