Wondrous Wreath

Here is my version of the Wondrous Wreath, with fall colors.  I used Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze for the wreath.  For the flowers I used Elegant Eggplant, Blackberry Bliss and Pumpkin Pie, the leaves are Old Olive.  The flowers on the wreath are from the same stamp set and I used the matching Framelits to do all of the cutting.  The Pumpkin Pie seam binding is retired.  I used the Brick Wall embossing folder for my background layer and lightly sponged the raised parts with White Craft ink to help define the mortar a little bit more.  I don't send out Thanksgiving cards, so I made it into a birthday card instead.

Noel

I wanted to use one of my wheel stamps that I convert to a regular stamp, it is the retired Musical Notes.
I also use the word "Noel" from the Wondrous Wreath stamp set.

Well, they turned out fine, I was not happy with them either.  I used Gold Embossing powder and VersaMark ink to do the musical notes in and also the Gold Foil paper and I think it is "gold overload".  The card base is retired Midnight Muse.  Oh well, live and learn.  I mailed these cards to two ladies who needed to receive some Christmas cards, I hope that they liked them.

Wondrous Wreath Fence Gate

I'm still busy with Christmas cards, but the end is in sight too.

I found this cute card over on Pinterest, so I CASE'D it and forgot to write down the original creator.

This one does take some time, but I do think it is worth the extra effort too, so pretty!

Wondrous Wreath Door

Today is CASE of a card that I received in the mail from a fellow demonstrator and blogger, Donna K. Donna got a card and idea from Lorri H., her upline.  I'm so glad that my fellow demonstrators are a sharing bunch!

Donna's card had a envelope in her mail slot but I wanted mine to be just a bit more Christmasy, so I added the Santa Claus-North Pole to mine.
