Daisy Delight

The Daisy punch has been wildly popular with demonstrators so much so that they were sold out before the catalog even went live and are on back order as of right now.  Last I checked, they will be available again around June 26th.  Have no fear, the coordinating stamp set can make some really cute cards without the punch.  Here is some interesting information that Stampin' Up!  has shared with their demonstrators:

On average, Stampin' Up sells about 7,000 of any given punch in a year. Knowing that the Daisy Punch would be popular, the initial order quantity (a four-month supply) was 10,000—more than a year’s supply for a typical punch. Then, in the first two weeks of the preorder, demonstrators bought 7,200!  As soon as Stampin' Up saw how quickly it was selling, two additional orders were placed. Unfortunately, those take time to produce. After negotiating with the manufacturer and upgrading the shipping method more punches are exepected by June 26 and then an additional order in July.

I found a card made by Pat Tecza and had to give it a try.  I did change mine just a bit, but I like how clean and simple it turned out and very mailable too!  I forgot to take a picture of the inside but I repeated two of the flowers and stamped a sentiment from a retired set.  You could easily make some splatters to the background, if you desired.

I did use some retired ribbon, but everything else is current product.

Stamp set: Daisy Delight and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Card stock: Peekaboo Peach, Basic Black, Whisper White and Pear Pizzazz
Inks: Peekaboo Peach, Elegant Eggplant, So Saffron and Pear Pizzaz

Hope you have a great day!  Mary
