Another Tulip Thank You card

Well here is the thank you card that I made for my sister-in-law for getting me more tulip bulbs again this year. This year they had red and yellow, so that is the colors I used.

Supplies used:

Stampin Up: Two-Step Bird punch, ornament punch, yellow paper, scallop oval and small oval punches, yellow ink pad and stamp set, "Short and Sweet".
Cuttlebug embossing folder.
Big Kick
Ribbon
Bazzill paper
