Chocolate Pizza

Now this is the kind of pizza everyone should enjoy! My family likes this and when the girls were younger I would make this all the time, hope you will enjoy it too!

Chocolate Pizza

3/4 cup margarine (this equal 12 Tablespoons)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream together the margarine and sugar; add the egg and vanilla, mixing well. Than add the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Make sure you mix together well. Spread on a foil-lined pizza pan. Sprinkle on top of the pizza:

1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup M&M's

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool; cut into wedges.

Now you can put whatever "toppings" your family would like, say miniature marshmallows, coconut, peanuts, you get the idea, whatever sounds good to you. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do! Hey, this might even be good with some ice cream!
