Paper Rose on A Matchbox

Here is my second attempt on making these paper roses. I do believe that it did come out better, you know practices makes it easier and easier! Than I filled the little matchbox with three Ghirardelli chocolate squares and they fit inside perfectly!

I used Stampin Up's matchbox die that is made by Sizzix. Would these not make the prettiest wedding or shower favors?!! Or a nice "just because" gift or "thinking of you gift"!!

This is so pretty, Mary! The rose looks perfect! Those Ghirardeli squares don't look too bad either! LOL! :)

Your attempt at making the roses is PERFECT!!!! Lovely! Love the little box. I think I'm going to have to try to make some of the roses. Yours is great. Thanks for playing along at Stamps R Us. (PS-LOVE the pictures of the dogs - SOOOO Cute!) Lynn

This would make perfect favors! Love your rose, it's just wonderful! I haven't tried making a paper rose yet and it looks like fun.

Thanks for playing along with our Stamps R Us blog challenge this month!

Gorgeous...I just found a video and the creator says using hot glue is better than Tombo. What did you use for gluing?

Beth, I used Tombo, wish I would have thought about hot glue or even glue dots, liquid glue can be very messy!
